Either what? You tried it on 2000. Either implies two, which two? Two files 
or what?

When you taled about Raw before, were you talking about the formatting or 
the file extension?

I would certainly agree if the floppy was formatted with some alien file 
system. Where did the pics of your grandaughter come from. Where they 
scanned photos or camera images or what? Maybe you need to state what your 
goal is. To see the pictures of your grandaughter? Or to get the files from 
the floppy. I'd say that the simplest solution is to contact your daughter, 
explain that you can't view the pics. Tell her that she will have to send 
you images that can be read on a PC. At least that's what I would do.
