I need help :)
Yesterday I had a power surge while computer was on, but its happened
before, with no ill effects.
But now, I cant get into OE. It loads up, but does not respond. I cant
go anyway, do anything with it. I cant click anywhere.. it just
*hangs*.
I've tried downloading repair tools, to no avail.
Am I going to have to reinstall?? (I have XP)
I can usually fix things, but I'm feeling very stupid, please send
help!!
