OK Barb, Do you have Microsoft Word? The full version comes with Microsoft Outlook, a popular mail program. Most work places use this, it might ring a bell with you. If you do have this program I would suggest that you use it instead of Outlook Express. However, I know how you feel. You want all of the programs to work as they did before but we must get the mail. Furthermore you can download other mail programs if you wish, and give it a go. I use four mail programs. Meanwhile, before you do a reinstall, try searching for alternatives to receive your mail, like Thunderbird. Now, I am not pushing any product, just making a suggestion.
