Do all your other programs work ok? Someone asked earlier if you have MS
Outlook (OE's big
brother), if so does that run ok?
Try shutting down all unnecesary programs *before* running OE and see if it
will respond.

I went back 2 days prior to my power surge, to be on the safe side.
What further details do you want?
Other than I've tried downloading repair tools, and reinstalling IE,
nothing has worked :(
