You can't remove IE, it is an integral part of Windows.

How did you reinstall IE?

Everything else seems fine, I dont know if MS is on my computer or 
not. It doesnt apear to be listed under programs. (I think I hate XP)

I have read that going to *remove/add* programs, and trying to remove
