Hi Jim All of a sudden I have grayed-out folders in all of my document folders called "thumbs" and will not open upon clicking on them. Clicking on properies tells me that they are from an unknown application, apparently from some photo program if they are named "thumbs". I have not installed any new software, they just popped up from out of nowhere.
