Are you with the same server Piney, that may be the question.

One solution may be to realise it could be a server problem, particular if the 
user is on a DUN connection still.  Trying an alternative browser is another 
exercise perhaps.  The connection problem seems to be the issue, and quite 
common to those of us still on a dial up network connection.
