I had installed a Program called ToolButton and it installed it's self on
it's own task bar at the top of my screen..It was annoying, so I closed it's
task bar, but then it dawned on me, the program rearranged my desktop and
kept that space reserved for itself..I couldn't find a way to uninstall
ToolButton so I wrote them and they answered with go to Add/Remove programs,
etc..but it was not there..I also have 2 other Uninstallers and they could
not locate it either..so I did a grand delete and the problem was solved,
cleaned it up, no more wasted space to suit a program..--Phyllis
