I am a member of many help groups. I try to help when I can but I tend to
skip messages where the persons what the users to guess why his modem isn't
working, no hints, etc. Imagine a patient going to the doctor and expecting
him to solve a problem if they just said, 'I have an ache. Give me something
for it.' And I also hate people who write in so called chat speak, no
punctuation, no caps, not even any spaces between sentences. Then there are
bottom posters. They reply to a message that is pages long at the bottom of
the last page. Or they reply or comment on a message in a way that gives no
clue to the part of the message being replied to. Mostly I just move on.
