Set the CMOS jumper to clear, wait 30 seconds and then back to operate. Still doesn't POST? 1) Make sure both the main power is connected as well as the second 4-pin connector. 2) Reseat the memory 3) Reseat the AGP card 4) Check the BIOS version as written on the BIOS Chip, versions older than 1005? may lack some CPU support for 3.0 GHz chips. You may need to install an older socket 478 CPU to flash update the BIOS to 1008 (latest) 5) Try a different PSU. 6) Try adifferent AGP card. 7) Remove the AGP card and check for NO VGA beep code. 8) Remove the RAM. If it does not generate a memory fail beep code and the PSU has been check and the CPU has been checked, then the mainbaord is faulty. Return for replacement.
