Unless the OEM key has already been activated.  Then I guess you'd be
left with a useless copy of Windows.  Likely if the OEM is illegally
reselling keys then you're SOL and out $100.  Microsoft won't help you
either.  OEM keys and tech support are the responsibility of the OEM
that sold it.  They will tell you to contact the OEM.
