Thanks PB. I have checked out the "what is IMAP" in Google.     I did 
successfully, I thought, set up an IMAP account for my domain mail, but, as I 
mentioned, for one reason or another my folders needed to be "refreshed" and I 
didnt know what that meant, other than it wasnt working any more.  I think the 
problem is that my servers are not allowing external mail to be sent to Outlook 
Express.  :-(
