Ok, just wondering if it could be a software problem.
I switched from a 3100 to a 3300 after the 3100 quit working
and the 3300 installation instructions gave me a clue to set
the software to make the 3100 work also. Kinda ticked me off
that they didn't put that in the 3100 instructions.
