You are both privileged to know that I fought Dell and won. Whether or not I should share those slings and arrows that I met at the time is another matter. There's always room for a Court Jester who is usually not quite the paganini ticket. Perhaps we could ask if anyone should take up the invitation to join they might tell us what they have learned about HDD problems.
