In SYSTEM's "startup and recovery," I unchecked "detect OS for 30 seconds at bootup." (I had two choices, and thought that would help...) Now it doesn't boot past the POST. I can't get into safe mode..
I tried Fixmbr and fixboot commands from the recovery console of a WIN 2000 cd and they didn't work... Now I'm going to remove the hdd and set it up externally.
