Sally

I have been badgering or should I say "bearing" tuegles re your problem and
they have finally
responded with this fix:

"Please delete 'c:\windows\Eleather.bmp' in safe mode. The password will be
deleted. To get into
the Safe mode, as the computer is booting press and hold your "F8 Key" which
should bring up the
"Windows Advanced Options Menu" ("Starup Menu"). Use your arrow keys to move to
"Safe Mode" and
press your Enter key."

Strange that you have to delete a bitmap file to delete the password but please
give it a go and let
us know how you get on

Thank you Rupert Bear for your help.
I have tried all the options including "TUEAGLES" all caps.
Two emails to the vendor were sent but were ignored.
I am sending a reminder, hopefully they'll respond.
No "jog your memory" reminder option was available.
I have deleted all "tuEagles" entries from the Directory but to no avail.
Could it be that there's a bundled and hidden application?
Any chance I can detect it?
Lastly would you know if I can find somewhere a 'default password database?'
