I would agree with you on that point Rick.  After all, a solution offered may 
not have been able to have been carried out entirely in the same way as it was 
given in e-mail and, therefore, there is something further to share for joint 
learning.  Put simply, if we share our experiences positive, or negative in 
fact, it is to the benefit of all.
