Perhaps 'they' are on HRT as discussed earlier ;-)

I personally had no problem establishing the essence of the question
but that is, perhaps, because I have worked in several countries where
English (or variations thereof) was not the native tongue of those I
was trying communicate with. Not everyone is comfortable with a
keyboard either, but of course I have been for years :-)
