Hi Janet. Not sure this will help. But I figured I give it a shot.

I clicked on the download link that Rupert provided. I haven't tested the
second one. But I went and clicked on the trial one, and it took me to Cnet
s Download.com page and popped up with the download.
Then I clicked the free version link that was further down the page, and it
took me a page that wanted me to pick a closer server to download from and
I just picked the first one (Minnesota) and it went right to download. I
used IE for this too. I hope this helped you out a little bit, but if not
sorry about that. Like I said, I figured I try and give it a shot.

Users!

This is the problem. When someone presents a problem here those that try
and help - and it is much appreciated always - don't see it through.

Now you have told me my browser is wrong and we all know that some oppose IE
and push Mozilla Firefox without considering that others might chose not to
change their browser; doesn't mean to say that IE doesn't work at all. I
could believe you if I didn't know, and we have to bear in mind some members
who might believe you, and go away and do something on their PC to really
louse it up. Why didn't you click on the Download links on those pages?

It's no good complaining that people don't tell you enough, if you are not
prepared to consider what they are doing and saying.

The problem here is that with all advice we have to take it in good faith,
or not. If the answer is not to take advice from any computer group, then
you will find people repeating their problem. You would then think they
hadn't listened to you in the first place would you not?

Janet
