That was the one that was offered to me earlier and I downloaded it.
I downloaded it and didn't install.
Remember, I already had Sygate on my PC and because of the mail here that
reminded us that it was going out of Sygate and into Symantec, I decided to
download it, in case it was a more up dated version than I had.
When I uninstalled my existing Sygate and tried to install from the download
that was recommended in this group that was the start of my problems.
The new installation wouldnt install, in fact it wanted to uninstall Sygate
when I had already uninstalled it before installing another version; I am that
savvy at least.
I have seen posts from other members of this group who have agreed that indeed
I got a blank page and thereafter negating the situation.
My purpose initially was to inform people where they might need to go if they
wanted the Sygate Firewall. My own browser was in question.
These are the links > http://smb.sygate.com/download_buy.htm >
http://smb.sygate.com/products/spf_standard.htm
and if anyone else would like to contradict me they are welcome.

I've shared as much as I know and probably more than has been appreciated when
my browser has been in question. I'm not going there! I'm even disappointed I
have shared as much of my own experience as I have with this list.
