Are you saying that the won't accept forwarding from some other
server where you maintain a website and email address? I have the
same problem here with the local telephone co as my isp, and it is
because they demand a level of identification in a protocol that
the remote server doesn't furnish. The request for this protocol
is to prevent phony use of your id. Call the sbcglobal.net folks
for clarification. regards, Jack F

Subject: [A-1-Computer_Tech] 2nd Email Address
Tough Question - I have sbcglobal.net for my email. I am starting a
small second business, where occasionally I will need to use a
different, professional email return address. I was told by
sbcglobal.net that, unfortunately - this is not possible through
them. I am very upset - Does anyone have any ideas how I can
accomplish this?

Thank you!

Linda
