If you have DSL or Cable high-speed access to the internet, simply
power off and then power on your modem.  
This will allow the modem to get a new (and different) IP address.  

This is called a Dynamic IP address. Your ISP uses a 'pool' of
addresses and gives them out on a random basis to each connection.

If you use a dial-up modem, a new IP address is assigned to you on
each connection.
