Go to you sent messages folder, then open the message, then go to File and save the message to a new folder on the desktop, then open the folder, then check properties and it will tell you the size of the photo saved in the folder. You can assume that the photo is taking the same space in your sent folder. There may be easier ways to check the size of the photo in the sent photo but I don't know. Emile.
