Hi:
Most open windows will return by default to the last place on the screen
where they were located.
Open windows can be resized and re-located to make them fit as you want
and then they should always return to the same position.
There may be exceptions. AOL for instance needs to have windows locked
in place following the sizing and re-location using the AOL "windows" tab.
