It appears that you have a relatively simple failure to reboot
problem and you should be able to recover your drive with
a simple "repair" or "in place" re-installation of windows.
Serious loss of data can take place if not done right. Your
own advice is best. If you are not sure, let someone qualified
do it. Bye
