Hi Melanie
Send a message with an inserted picture to yourself, if you receive it intact
you have established
that the fault is not at your end and you will have to contact your friend to
establish what her
email client is and whether she has changed her security settings to not
allow attachments. There
is a setting in web mail and in OE it is Tools>Options>Security and uncheck
"Do not allow
attachments to be saved or opened ...."
