THanks everybody! I didn't think to have her look in msconfig, and I'll make sure she tries everything else listed.
I thought it was mispelled at first also so I called her back after I didn't find anything, but that was the correct spelling. I know it's not a P2P program. They have never used anything like that in the past. This is a newer computer anyways, and according to her, they were just getting a DSL line hooked up so they have internet access on their new system. I'll print the into out and have her check into it some more. I definatly don't know for sure, but perhaps I could drop by today before my appointment, but it depends on who's driving me.
