I got ahold of her before I left earlier and gave her a few of the things you both listed. I called a bit ago after I got home and she said that she managed to figure out the problem. When she was looking to see the path, she noticed it was in their anti-virus/firewall folder. They removed the software and apparently that seemed to have fixed the problem...
Does anybody else use "Defender Pro" for the anti-virus/firewall software? That's what she has. I've never heard of it before. Last time I was there I noticed Pest Patrol was on their system and she said it came with the "Defender Pro" software they had bought. I'm not sure what else was in there, but apparently the 'kavsve.exe' file was installed from that package.
