I don't know what OEM drivers are. I just plugged in the mouse and it worked!!

Do you have OEM drivers for your external mouse? If so you may be able to
uninstall the touchpad drivers but they may reinstall when you reboot. Do
you have OEM drivers for the laptop touchpad? You may be able to shut it
