9.0 is for Broadband! You have Dialup. Uninstall AOL, then rainstall.  
Throw the 9.0 away unless you are going to start using the Broadband  
service [Like DSL]. I understand that AOL is raising their Dialup prices  
in order to have it's customers switch to Broadband. Furthermore, it is a  
lot faster than Dialup. You will be happier with faster speed.
