No offense taken, sometimes I respond to a message, not because I have an
answer but becuse the writer has not provided much information and I ask for
that information. I haven't a clue why you can't get on any site. The notion
to uninstall your browser comes to mind, go to the add-remove Control Panel
and click on add remove windows components section click on Internet
Explorer. Then reboot and reverse the procedure to reinstall IE.
