Hi again,
yes, I do have them written down...just didn't want to go through the
bother. Once I set up a password, can I change it back to a simple click
without a password when I return home, or is the password a permanent
requirement?

.....So unless you have a lot of sites for which you have had XP remember
and fill in your name and password AND YOU NO LONGER REMEMBER them,
then you are okay putting in account passwords. Hopefully, you have
all your usernames and passwords (especially if you have a home
network) written down some place far from your computer anyhow.
