Hi Debbie and thanks. I did go to Dell's web and found updated drivers for his as well as my machine. I ran the updated drivers on my machine. I only have two options also (16 bit - 32 bit) but I can adjust the resolution many times. I sent him the link and told him how to determine which driver he needed and how to download/install it. He is coming over tomorrow and if he can't understand the web I will show him how.
