I have a friend who is having a problem with IE. She uses IE for the internet. She will close her browser when she is done with the internet. She will go to 'start' 'programs' and select a program that she wants to work with. When she selects the program however her machine freezes and all she can do is reboot. This only happens after she uses IE. She doesn't use any other browser and her IE is the latest version. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Mick
