Hello, I know that this might seem simple, but have you tried reinstalling the Internet Explorer? You can back-up your Links before, then a reinstall might just do the work.
Also, you could try using a browser that is merely a skin for IE, like Avant! Browser: www.avantbrowser.com Then it will be much simpler to see if it's the IE engine that's causing the issue or it's IE itself.
