Two times out of three on shutdown, when it gets to the screen "windows is
shutting down", everything freezes, even the mouse will not move the cursor. I
just cut power. When I want to power up, I just apply power and the computer
comes online. I have googled this problem and find the most likely cause is a
driver problem. Is anyone aware of any program/software to diagnose or fix all
or most drivers on a system? Or is there any way to remedy this other then a
complete system restore. I sure hope so.

Thanks
