What is the make of the memory you have purchased?  Most memory
manufacturers can  do a free  online scan of your Computer and  will
show you all the options and provide instructions.  Try Googling  the
manufacturer and look for a scan button.  I have included a couple  of
test sites.  If they do not print in your message come back and I will
