Felicia,
We need to know which OS, i.e. 98 or ME or what, you are working with.
Are you using an operating system install disk or a disk supplied by the
computer company that contains the OS and the applications. The OS disk
will say Microsoft on it. The other type usually has the name of the
computer company on it.
