I have a question, wish I had a book for Dummies and could save all of
you the trouble!

I have a Dell cptr, Windows XP, and an HP all in one which hasn't given
me a second's trouble (will have printer 3 years this Thanksgiving).

Here's my problem. . . Whenever I go to print something from the web, an
error message appears "PRINTING FAILED WHEN STARTING THE DOCUMENT'.

I can hit reply and print an email. I went to my control panel and
nothing shows up as wrong with the printer.

I did an online survey last week and it seems that I had to uncheck
something to do with Java in order to complete the survey. Now of
course I can't remember what I did and have no clue if this would have
anything to do with my printer problem. I just know that anytime I
think I know what I am doing, I can expect a problem!

Any ideas or suggestions and as always, thanks!
Pam in GA.
