Phyllis, here is a repost of the instructions.
<<Hello Phyllis, Go to START - RUN, type in msconfig.
Go to the Tab at the
top and hit STARTUP. Find the Application, and uncheck
the box. Then go to
CONTROL PANEL - ADD/REMOVE. Find Application, and
[uninstall] remove.
Also, to make sure everything is gone, go to ALL
PROGRAMS - ACCESSORIES,
click on WINDOWS EXPLORER - MY COMPUTER - LOCAL DISK
C: - PROGRAM FILES.
Find Application, right click on the Folder [Windows
Live One Care], and
DELETE. Use a good Registry cleaner, and you will be
in great shape. Let
us know how you made out.
