I tried to uninstall the program Windows Live One Care and it left me
with a red icon on the task bar..I contacted MS and asked them how to
remove it and they were very good, gave me a program to remove it and
it couldn't touch it..BTW MS told me I had to remove avg from my system
before anything would work..I thought that very odd from a giant like
MS..well I have been in the business of trying to remove all avg to
satisfy ms request but I don't seem to be getting any where..so I
thought I will try a new install of XP Pro and see if that will cure
something..lol..I got my MS box containing the precious dvd and what do
I find, it is on the spindle provided by MS but with 2 cracks from the
center out..I am so ticked off..This guy couldn't/wouldn't help me, for
I want a replacement dvd, I don't think I should have to buy the whole
thing over again..I don't mind paying for a cd and shipping but I sure
hate to think I have to buy the whole shooting match..Bill Gates is
rich enough and doesn't need my SS money..--Phyllis
