Downloaded files will not have drive letters. They will have file names.
Those drive letters could be the memory card ports. I have four of them on
my machine. Since I hardly ever use them. I am tempted to hide them, but I
usually just reassign their driver letters, along with those of the optical
drives, toward the end of the alphabet.
