What is your OS, is it XP?
What exactly are you doing i.e. have you connected your camera to your computer
by a usb cable and if you open Explorer toes XP see the camera as an additional
drive? It is probably the either the F, G, H or I drive you mentioned earlier.
If so click on that drive, there will be a couple of folders shown and your
photos should be in one of them. When you click on each photo the XP wizard
should start and you just follow the wizard but you could achieve the same
results by opening any graphics program and browsing to the camera drive letter.

I cannot seem to download my digital camera without it freezing up on
me It just halts and all pages freeze. Can't close out any of them.
Can't turn off the computer the normal way through the start menu.
Have to push the button on the computer and hold it. At that point,
the computer turns off and I can re-enter normally. What is a guy to
do?
