I would select the second option "go to previous good configuration", which is
tha last system safe point. If that doesn't work choose the 3rd option "safe
mode" and try system restore
Start-> Programs-> Accessories-> System Tools-> System Restore
Once into System Restore choose "Restore my computer to an earlier time" and
click "Next". From the calendar on the left choose a date prior to when you
had the problem and select one of the safe points listed on the right, then
click Next and follow the Wizard

I have chosen the options:
normal restart,
go to a previous good configuration,
safe mode,
safe mode with command prompt.
I don't know what to do at this point.
