gee i hope someone can help me. when i shut this pcoff it was 
working good , now when i turn it on it goes to a surface scan 
thingy. what is this thing doing and if i let it go on thu will i 
beable to dail up again. it won;t let me dial up now but it goes thu 
all the motions .can u tell i am one of those dummys lol
