I have a Bell and Howell BH10 digital camera but cannot download the
program on my computer because the program freezes when I get to the
Dual Mode Camera (8001CIF) Set-Up. I can download up to 95% then it
freezes. I have tried removing memory of unnecessary programs. Still
it freezes. I have gone beyond this point in the set-up before but it
freezes up later as well. What is going on? Can anyone help in
getting this program downloaded?
