FriendDavidWood repaired witholder xp cd and used blue func key to
turn onsound!
On wifes laptop, first xp cd was too new, so he tried older xp cd, and
chose repair. Then his daughter(younger generation!)noted the blue fn
key at lower left needed to be pushed when using volume keys at top
right!
Wife is happy and I am amazed how he restored windows to the laptop,
the talented ones keep on trying something new!
