Most files have to have a program to open them. In this case the file
has no program associated with it. Find out what the extension is, i.e.
if it is a jpb image, find a program that will open that kind of file.
The easiest method is to find an equivalent file on your computer, then
right click it and select 'open with'. Then select the program. Next
time you get an email with that type attachment should open OK.
