Hi. I am new to this group, and would like to say hello, and ask a question.
Just recently my computer has been doing a strange thing when I open many of
my e-mails that have attachments. They won't open and I get a message
telling me "The file does not have a program associated with it for
performing this action. Create an association in the folder options control
panel". Since this is a recent problem I am not sure what is causing it. Do
I need to install a new program to be able to open these attachments? If so,
what program? Also, I am no longer able to access my system restore, and
don't know why. Any suggestions? Thank you for any help you might offer.
