The Dell notebook I set up for my neighbour under the scheme was a joint offer
between BT and Dell. It came with XP Home, MS Works and a 3 year subs to
Norton
Internet Security plus other stuff like Paint Shop Pro, which was a 30 day
trial. There was a special offer from BT for a years broad band subs plus free
wifi router.

Now, I understand that the
purchase can be
almost bones - bare and the buyer can install whatever
they need
afterwards.
Avast ye land lubbers!
